What I'm Loving Wednesday!

My mom gave Hannah an early Birthday present that I am absolutely LOVING!
Its a precious little table/desk that Hannah can use for a long time. She wanted to give it to me before Hannah's party (next week) because this is going to be the "kids table". I just LOVE the little chairs! Hannah is LOVING it too. She is constantly wanting to sit at the chairs and read or just sit and look around and feel like a "Big girl". I can picture her for many many years to come sitting at this table reading and coloring. Ahhhh.... I just LOVE it!

So this next thing I am LOVING really caught us by surprise. Hannah started semi-pottytraining this week. She's only 11 1/2 months and this was not on my radar at all. For a couple of weeks now she had troubles with going #2. She was actually holding "it" in. She would yell and scream bloody murder because she just didn't want it to come out I guess. I had no idea what to do, I mean..... how do you make her go to the bathroom?? Well... my mom suggested that I put her on the potty. I thought that this was an absolutely ridiculous idea and I didn't even think about trying it. Well when we went over to my moms house and Hannah was making "the face", my mom stripped her down and took her to the potty and...... SHE DID "IT"!!! I couldn't believe it. Then I thought "this has to be a one time thing". Nope.... She had gone #2 on the potty ever since. I am so proud of her and I hope she can keep this up.

Here is my Big girl....So proud!

  2. Love the table & chairs! So pretty! And OMG!! A potty trained one year old?!?! I am sooo jealous! Wouldn't that be great to not have to buy diapers any more? I am still struggling to get Riley fully potty trained & he's 2.5. He just goes when it's convenient for him, but he wouldn't dare stop playing to go if he's having too much fun! Haha!

I love her bow in the first pictures. Did you make it? You may have mentioned it on here before, but do you sell any of your bows? If so, how much?

Thanks for the sweet comment! Yes, that is a gumball machine smocked on her dress. :)

  6. Oh my gosh! That's gotta be some kind of crazy-cool pooping record!! Lily turned two a couple months back, and the mere *mention* of pooping on the potty sends her into hysterics. :)
