What I'm LOVING on this SWEET Wednesday!


This week I am LOVING the fact that I am now selling all of my desserts at a little place in Spring Branch called "The Sweet Spot"! I am super excited! They are allowing me to work from home and deliver the desserts to the shop 3 times a week. This is a PERFECT situation for me and I am LOVE LOVE LOVING it! I am pretty much baking every single day trying to keep up with all of the orders. Here are some of the things I made for today's order....

Easter Cupcakes: Its a white cake with cream cheese frosting and coconut "grass" with a cute little chick and malt ball "eggs" on top!

Here are the Pina Colada Cupcakes: Coconut cake with pineapple cream filling and a pineapple cream cheese frosting topped with fresh coconut and candied pineapple



And since we I was in a "Spring mood" I threw in some Strawberry lemonade Cupcakes: Strawberry cake with a lemon cream filling and alternating strawberry and lemon frosting!



I also made some hand decorated sugar cookies for Easter! They are Tulips and Easter Eggs...

    I'm all the way over here in GA, but sure wish I could make it to The Sweet Spot.

    I am in GA and wish I could make it there too! You are absolutely amazing! I want one of each of those! YUM!! My mouth is over here watering!!

    Oh my gosh!! Those are all soooooo CUTE!! I love the strawberry lemonade ones. You are so talented!! Awesome that you can do some work from home. I live in New Braunfels and now I will have to stop by The Sweet Spot.
    I tried to become a follower but there was no button at the moment.( That happened to mine the other day) I will be back though. ;)
